Resonance Mentoring
The pattern is not the enemy, it’s the doorway.
A one-to-one embodied journey through burnout, life transitions and the quiet knowing that you can no longer live the way you have been living.
For women who have spent so long caring, coping, achieving, adapting and holding everything together that somewhere along the way, they lost connection with themselves.
RECOGNITION
Maybe nothing is obviously wrong.
Your life might look perfectly fine from the outside but inside, something feels different.
I’m exhausted, but I can’t seem to stop.
I’ve spent so long looking after everyone else, I don’t know what I need anymore.
I understand my patterns, but I still keep repeating them.
I’m changing, and I don’t know who I’m becoming.
Or perhaps there is simply a quiet knowing:
I don’t want to keep living like this.
INTRODUCTION
This is where my work begins.
Not with the assumption that something is wrong with you. Not with another list of things you need to fix.
And not with trying to make you into a calmer, happier or more productive version of yourself.
We stop using rejection as our method of transformation.
We begin with curiosity.
What is happening within you?
What have you been carrying?
What keeps returning?
And what might be asking to be met?
THE QUESTION
You’ve tried to change the pattern.
You’ve understood it, talked about it, read about it. Promised yourself you wouldn’t do it again.
Set the boundary, broken the boundary. Rested, pushed through, started again. And somehow, eventually, you find yourself back somewhere familiar.
So perhaps the question isn’t: How do I stop doing this, it’s why is this here?
What created it?
What has it been protecting?
And what part of you might still be asking to be understood, accepted and received?
THE METHOD
The Resonance Method is my integrative one-to-one approach for women.
It brings together a life of lived experience, energy, movement and reflective inquiry practices.
But I don’t see these as separate techniques. They are different ways of listening.
Sometimes we need words.
Sometimes we need movement.
Sometimes we need stillness.
Sometimes we need to understand the story.
And sometimes we need to stop talking about our lives long enough to experience what is actually happening within us.
Maybe you don’t need another version of yourself. Maybe you don’t need to try harder.
Maybe the next chapter isn’t about becoming more disciplined, more productive, more spiritual or more healed.
Maybe it begins with learning how to stay in relationship with the woman who is already here.
To listen to her. To understand her. To receive the parts of her that have spent years trying to keep everything together.
And from there, to ask: How do I want to live now?
The Philosophy. My experience.
The Resonance Method lives at the meeting place of lived experience, professional experience, embodied practice and deep respect for the woman in front of me.
My understanding of embodiment has been shaped through decades of lived experience, professional practice and a deep devotion to understanding the relationship between body, mind, spirit and the human experience. My own journey has moved through trauma, destructive patterns, difficult relationships, profound life transitions and many years of spiritual exploration, self-inquiry and learning how to meet myself differently. There were patterns I thought I had finished with that returned. Parts of myself I wanted to transcend before I had truly learned how to receive them. Times when I understood something intellectually but hadn’t yet found a way to live that understanding through my body.
Over time, something became profoundly clear.
The way home was through my body.
Kundalini Alchemical Dance became a powerful gateway into this understanding, revealing movement as a language through which I could explore what words couldn’t always reach. Meditation taught me to stay. Breath taught me to listen. Nature taught me rhythm. Psychosomatics deepened my curiosity about the relationship between our physical, emotional and psychological experiences. EFT offered another way of meeting emotional patterns, while energy work introduced another language of attention and presence. And life taught me that healing is rarely linear. Through these practices and the many seasons of my own life, I began to understand that transformation doesn’t necessarily come from seeking more, fixing more or continually striving to become someone new.
Sometimes the deepest transformation comes from learning how to stay.
To expand our capacity to be with what is uncomfortable. To recognise the patterns that have shaped us. To understand the parts of ourselves that once kept us safe, without remaining bound to them. To listen beneath the noise and develop the courage to live from what feels true. My own experience doesn’t mean your journey will look like mine. It means I come to this work with a deep respect for the complexity of being human, the intelligence of our protective patterns and the wisdom that can emerge when we stop fighting ourselves and begin listening.
Lived experience informs my work. Professional experience holds it.
Alongside my personal journey, I bring years of experience supporting people navigating mental health challenges, disability, vulnerability and significant life transitions. My work has been shaped by frontline mental health and recovery support, alongside my practice in EFT, embodied movement, meditation and energy-based approaches. Working alongside people through the realities of everyday life has taught me that no single practice suits everyone. Safety matters. Consent matters. Timing matters. Listening matters. And meaningful transformation cannot be forced. It must belong to the person experiencing it. These experiences have shaped my approach to working with women, weaving together contemporary embodiment practices, psychosomatic inquiry, Kundalini Alchemical Dance, reflective mentoring and earth-based wisdom. Grounded in simplicity, presence, movement, stillness and a return to what is real.
This understanding became the foundation of The Resonance Method.
An integrated approach to one-to-one mentoring that creates space for women to explore the patterns shaping their lives, reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves. At the heart of my work is a devotion to the maturation of women’s wisdom. I believe that wisdom is not something we must continually search for outside ourselves. It is something cultivated through the very experiences of being human. Through our relationships, our losses, our challenges, our transitions and the moments when life asks us to question everything we thought we knew. There comes a time in a woman’s life when the invitation is no longer to become more, achieve more or carry more. But to begin discerning what is genuinely hers. To question the roles she has inhabited. To recognise the beliefs and expectations she has inherited. To honour the woman she needed to be without remaining bound to her.
And to trust the wisdom that has been quietly maturing within her through every season of her life. I believe we are living through a time that calls for a different relationship with ourselves, one rooted less in striving, performance and external validation, and more in presence, authenticity, personal responsibility and a deeper respect for the natural rhythms of life. My work is an invitation for women to move beyond simply surviving their lives and begin inhabiting them. To recognise what resonates. To listen to what is asking to be understood. To honour what has been, while making space for what is becoming.
Not to become someone else, but to come into deeper resonance with who they already are.
