Wise Women - Menopause Circle
Monthly on Sunday afternoon.
NEXT DATE
Sunday, October 18th
3pm - 4.30pm
A warm, supportive space for women to learn, share and feel less alone through perimenopause and menopause.
Meeting once a month, we’ll explore a chapter from a thoughtfully chosen menopause book and use it as the starting point for an open, meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll reflect on what resonates, exchange experiences and consider practical ideas for navigating this significant stage of life.
Current read:
Wise Power - Discovering the liberating power of menopause to awaken authority, purpose and belonging.
Author’s Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer.
You’re welcome whether you’re experiencing perimenopause, menopause or simply want to understand what may lie ahead. You don’t need to have all the answers—or feel comfortable speaking straight away. You’re equally welcome to listen.
What to expect
Each gathering will include:
A relaxed welcome and check-in
An introduction to the fortnight’s chapter
Guided group discussion and personal reflection
Space to share experiences, questions and insights
A gentle closing and introduction to our next topic
Our conversations may explore sleep, changing hormones, mood, relationships, work, identity, physical symptoms, self-care and the many different ways menopause can be experienced.
A respectful and confidential space
The circle is grounded in kindness, confidentiality and respect.
There is never any pressure to share, and everyone’s experience is valued.
We listen without judgment and avoid offering unsolicited advice.
The Menopause Circle provides peer connection and general education.
It does not replace personalised medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Places are limited to help the circle remain comfortable and connected.
Join the circle
If you’d like to learn, connect and have honest conversations with women who understand, I’d love to welcome you.
WHAT TO BRING TO THE ONLINE CIRCLE
