Art of Healing
Kundalini is neither mastered or awakened. It is infinitely awake within us all, choosing to ascend and remove the veil draped over our eternal consciousness.
We do not master Kundalini, we harmonise with it, we do not control it, we are one with it. No spiritual or religious person needed, only our pure intention and readiness to know who we are…

Chakra Healing Arts
My journey with the Chakras and Kundalini began over 7 years ago on the dance floor. Through my own personal practise I began to understand the importance of the Chakras and the human journey of discovering the Self, my true identity, my blueprint. In my own quest for belonging and to deeply meet myself, something was missing from my spiritual journey. I experienced my very first Kundalini expansion and in the quest for understanding I devoured more knowledge, more practises and a was on a never ending spiral of searching to “become enlightened”. I laugh now in hindsight because this was all based in ego. What I really experienced was a huge amount of confusion, grasping, entitlement and disconnection. I then let go and dropped into my body, into dance and music, chanting, meditation and stillness and then it all became clear.
Back to my initial experience, my body experienced discomfort and things were happening to me I couldn’t explain and often. I felt as if my body was coming alive and being asked to speak, I had no other option to listen so I listened to the call of the music I began to dance and often. What I experienced on the dance floor was nothing short of extraordinary and the more I danced the more I uncovered. Everything was coming up to be felt, to be heard and acknowledged and I was beginning to see how much I had repressed and locked away. The incredible thing was, I was moving through all of my emotions, feelings, visions and patterns with ease. Of course there was great amounts of observing, writing, crying, laughing and everything in between but it was as soon as it surfaced it was dissolving and the awareness I was left with was profound.
I believe through my personal and ongoing expansions over the last 8 years is, we are born into this life with a unique blueprint, we are then birthed and our experiences in the womb, in the birthing process begin to imprint on our journey. We are then further imprinted from our caregivers, our siblings, our families, our many relationships, further absorbing from society, culture, religion, illness, accidents, social structures. In our first 7 years of childhood, our developmental learning potentially distances us further from our divine purpose, our blueprint. Working with Kundalini is a human necessity, a valuable tool to come home to that blueprint, the deeper yearning we all feel within.
Through the energetic system of the body, we can begin to witness the experiences we have moved through in our lives. We can clearly see how they have shaped not just our physical form but our patterns and beliefs we live out in our day to day life. We can become the observer to shift and guide ourselves home to our own truth. Kundalini is the access to our blueprint, to our purpose. I believe if we never embark on knowing ourselves, this disconnect becomes the cause of decline in our mental health, our physical heath and damage to the spirit over time. Kundalini returns us to our primal spirit (the body), to nature, our rightful sovereignty. The primal spirit is your deepest truth, it created you and can never lead you astray if you learn to trust and listen. The conscious spirit (the mind) will always lure you into old familiar comfortable ways but it is the way of Kundalini, to keep returning you to the body, the primal spirit. The body plays a vital part in leading the way. Dance and meditation has been my access to explore this pathway.
You don’t need someone to take responsibility over your life. You need support and encouragement to access your own power and trust it. You will over time, through practise and connection, start to see changes, not only in your physical body but in your entire being. Your emotions, your outlook and your psychological and spiritual attitude, a return home to your body. Its time the two aspects of the Self were on speaking terms. I believe this is a slow and steady path, not a “whizz bang, do me now, I’m enlightened’ path! Its a safe and reliable path of returning, of healing, raising Kundalini is an everyday occurrence.
The spiritual world will have us believe its all about enlightenment, about getting somewhere, being more, but what I’ve come to embody is its about unbecoming, simplifying, remembering and returning. What I foster for myself and in turn for others, is a safe place to build trust in your body, an understanding and experience of being the observer, a presence and spaciousness to listen and meet yourself. A place of kindness and love and a life of slowness and simplicity. Together we expand into this space, with love, understanding and patience.

The practise in action:
The movement practice commences with a deep meditation, allowing us to arrive fully and connect with our inner selves.
We seamlessly transition into breath work, forging a connection with our inner rhythms and observing our present state moment by moment.
Throughout the evening, we embark on a journey through the chakras, bearing witness to the areas where we find ourselves entangled and experiencing stagnation.
We commence with slow movements, and it is important to note that you do not need any prior dance experience. If you have a body, you possess the innate ability to move it - simply trust the unfolding process. By embracing new ways of moving, we unlock new avenues of feeling and perceiving the world and our place within it. This practice is not about adhering to choreographed routines. On the contrary, as we explore dysfunction and allow our bodies to embark on a sacred expedition, we gain access to the emotions and patterns residing within our cells, shedding the limiting imprints that have been held subconsciously.
Guided visualisations inspired by nature accompany our movements, forging a profound connection between our inner world and the natural realm. Through dance, we rediscover the world with fresh wonder, allowing its magnificence to permeate our being. In dance, freedom and release can be found and the body begins to speak and lead. The purpose is to awaken, transform, connect, purify and encourage energetic activation. You can begin to find pure presence within your body and step out of the restraints of your mind. This practise is about finding comfort in change, expansion and continually evolving to shed and meet your truest self. The practise closes with deep meditation and nourishing readings giving us insights and awakenings and sound and subtle energy healing ground us and allow us to ground and integrate our experiences on the dance floor.

What People Are Saying…
“I reached out to Bianca because I felt alone and exhausted, I wasn’t connected to myself or my emotions. At this time, Bianca listened. She saw me and made me feel seen. She gave me love, which gave me peace. Throughout our journey together, she has taught me about mind body connection and how it feels to truely ‘tune in’. I’ve developed a stronger sense of self and intuition. I’ve learned to recognise patterned behaviours and past traumas, using the chakras and physical body as a guide. Bianca is a gracious, honest mentor who I deeply treasure. Filled with knowledge, wisdom and love, I am forever grateful.”
