Presence & Spaciousness 25th of July, 2026 | Bulimba, QLD

Spaciousness is what becomes available when the body no longer has to hold so much.

So much of what we carry isn't just in our minds, it's in our bodies.

The tight jaw, the guarded heart, the belly that never quite relaxes, the feeling of always being on alert, preparing for what's next.

Often what we call "stuck energy" is simply the body holding onto patterns that once helped us feel safe. We wanted to cry but held it together, wanted to speak but stayed quiet, wanted to leave but remained. Over time, these unfinished responses can become ways of protecting ourselves that shape how we move through life.

In this month's Rhythm of Return, we create a gentle and supportive space to listen to what the body has been holding.

Through breath, somatic awareness, movement, dance, stillness and reflection, we'll explore the places within us that have tightened, braced, frozen or held back.

This isn't about forcing a release or pushing for a big emotional breakthrough. It's about creating enough safety for the body to soften in its own way and in its own time.

As we begin to feel safe, something shifts. Breath deepens, muscles soften, energy starts to move and parts of ourselves that have been tied up in protection become available again.

Available for connection, creativity, joy, pleasure, rest and presence.

Together we'll explore:

• What becomes possible when you no longer need to brace?

• How much more of yourself is available when the body feels safe?

• Who are you beneath the tension, effort and protection?

Come exactly as you are.

Move when you feel called, rest when you need to, listen deeply and allow yourself to return to the spaciousness that has always been there beneath the holding.

This is an invitation for women who are ready to soften, reconnect and experience the body not as a place of survival, but as a place of safety, aliveness and truth.
